1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website ledgia.myshopify.com. Simply choose the product you want, add it to your cart, and complete checkout with your shipping and payment details.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. What should I do if I did not receive my tracking number?
If you have not received tracking information, please contact us at soydalburak961@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
6. Do you accept returns?
Yes. Ledgia accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.
7. Is return shipping free?
Yes. We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.
8. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. Ledgia does not charge any restocking fees.
9. Are any items final sale?
No. Ledgia does not offer final sale items. All products may be returned if they meet our return conditions.
10. How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at soydalburak961@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
12. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

13. Can I change or cancel my order?
